I have 2 favorite chefs - Rick Bayless and Bobby Flay. Well, we made a trip to SF on Monday to try out Rick's Frontera Fresco in the cellar of Macy's at Union Square. Everything was delicious! We tried the chipotle chicken tacos, tacos al pastor (pulled pork), steak huarache, chicken quesedilla, chips, 3 salsas, guacamole and the different limeades. We were in heaven! Pardon the pictures, but I brought an older camera with me and so the pics are a little blurry.

Fish Tacos
Last night, we grilled some fresh Tilapia from Nugget Market to make fish tacos. The corn tortillas are made by the company "Mi Abuelita's of Sacrament." They are the Sonoran corn and are just delicous! Russ likes to use a Chipotle sauce we buy at Nugget. These tacos were muy delicioso and easy to make!

For me, tacos are the ultimate food! You can put just about anything inside or on top a tortilla and it is delicious! I've always meant to start a blog about my love and appreciation for tacos and so here we are!
